Welcome to my health and wellness space! My passion for healthy living was sparked 30yrs ago with the transformative experience of becoming a mother for the first time, which inspired me to dive deeper into understanding the many facets of health and wellness. This journey has evolved and grown over the years, leading me to spend over 20yrs studying and practicing various aspects of wellness. A decade ago, I obtained my Diploma as a remedial massage therapist and began my professional path as a therapist and supporting others on the in their health journeys. I am truly enthusiastic about helping you achieve a state of optimal functionality and a revitalised sense of vitality in your life. Over my years as a therapist, I have successfully addressed and treated a range of issues, including sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and both chronic and acute pain, which are often linked to incorrect functional patterns and misalignment.
In addition to my primary services, I offer specialised treatments such as Manual Lymphatic Drainage and pregnancy massage, thoughtfully designed to cater to your unique needs.
